About me:
The Ohio Society for Paranormal Investigation is small group of ghost hunters/researchers based in Columbus and Newark, Ohio. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing the help you need in what can be a scary and confusing time. We promise to mantain a strict professional attitude when performing an investigation in your home or business We investigate with open-minded skepticism and the use of the scientific method; meaning we come in to disprove a haunting. This line of scientific investigation was founded by groups like TAPS, which you might know from the TV series Ghost Hunters on the Sci-Fi Channel. It is believed that if you cannot disprove evidence of a haunting, either by investigation or recreation, then what you have left is evidence of the paranormal.
Please know that in no way do we claim to be affiliated with TAPS, nor would we without their express permission.

We caught what we believe is our first EVP. Anyone who wants to hear it can find it on our website. We also have two versions of just the voice itself slowed to 16000Hz and 11025Hz that are available upon request!

Who I'd like to meet:
Any like minded individuals. We would not like to meet anyone who investigates illegaly (going to sites closed to the public without permission, etc) or individuals that walk into a room and claim the room is haunted without supporting evidence. Let's face it, any of us can walk into a room and claim it to be haunted.
