Ossett Brewery started brewing in 1997 at the rear of a public house in the small town of Ossett. Since that day, together with its small and dedicated staff team the brewery grew and is now situated in Kings Yard, off Healey Road in Ossett, just a stones throw from its original site.
In 2002, the Brewery grew an extra branch in the form of its pub company, and now the group stands at a magnificent 14. So why not drop by and hav a pint with us!
Our pubs are located across the Ossett, Dewsbury, Huddersfield and Halifax area of Yorkshire and all are unique in atmosphere and build. We permanently serve 4 Ossett ales and a minimum of 2 rotating guest beers at any one time. We also offer Veltins and Erdinger Weissbrau alongside Carling and other more obscure bottled lagers from around the world.
We also support live music in some of the pubs on a monthly basis, with a focus being put on local, original folk/acoustic acts, with our aim being to offer something a little different without overpowering your drinking experience.
The Hop in Wakefield offers another warm and friendly environment to sample our excellent ales along with live bands and comedy - check out the brewery website for details.
