About OST (Bideoklip berria/Videoclip nuevo/New video)

The history of this metal band from the Basque Country starts back on the summer of 95, when they record their first sefl-titled 4 track demo.
Their first CD, "Hitzak-Hotsak" –"Words-Noises"- (Gor, 1996), is acclaimed by the critics in the Basque Country. By that time they share the stage with high level bands from the Basque Country and Spain, such as KTULU, KOMA, SUTAGAR, PILT, A.N.I.M.A.L., and so on.
In 1997 the band took part in the prestigious VILLA DE BILBAO rock context, together with other 223 bands from all around Spain, performancing with that year's winners, CHOCOCRISPIS., and obtaining the second place.
They release their second CD-"Salbuespena"- "The exception" (Gor-1998), with the colaboration of people like Brigi Duque (KOMA), Aitor Abio (PILT), Batiz (Ange Duhalde, Fito y Fitipaldis), and Rafa Rueda (solo career, PILT).
OST begins the making of. the third album at the end of 2000, but due to several problems (line-up changes, jobs, personal issues and so on), is not completely recorded until autumn of 2006, seeing the light on march 2007. Their latest album, "Inorena ez den lurrean" (In no man's land) was released in november 2008. Nowadays they are working in their fifth one, scheduled to be out in 2010.

Ost, 1995ko udan jaio zen, euren lehendabiziko maketa grabatu eta kaleratuz, “Ost” izenekoa, lau kantukin.
Lehen diskoa kaleratzen dute, “Hitzak-Hotsak” – (Gor-1996), oso kritika onak izan zuelarik. Garai hartan, Ktulu, Koma, Su ta Gar, PiLT, A.N.I.M.A.L., etb., bezalako taldeekin konpartitu zuten eszenatokia
1997. urtean, Bilbo Hiria Lehiaketan hartu zuten parte, “accesit” bat lortuz eta kontzertu ikaragarri bat Chococrispis talde irabazlearekin eskainiz.
2en diskoa, “Salbuespena” (Gor-1998), irteten da, laguntza garrantzitsuekin, adibidez Brigi (Koma), Aitor eta Rafa (PiL.T.) edota Batiz (Anje Duhalde, Akelarre, Fito y los Fitipaldis).
2000ren bukaeran, hirugarren diskoa prestatzen hasi ziren, baina grabaketa, pila bat eragozpenagatik, ez da amaitzen 2.006 urteko udazkenerarte, eta 2007ko martxoan kaleratzen da “Ostinato” (Baga-Biga-2007) izenarekin.
"Inorena ez den lurrean" da euren azken lanaren izenburua, 2008 ren azaroan argitaratu zan. Dtorren urtean beraien bostgarren lana argitaratzekotan daude.

Ost nace el verano del 95, cuando graban y sacan su primera maqueta, “Ost”, con cuatro temas.
Su primer CD, “Hitzak-Hotsak” -Palabras-Ruidos- (Gor-1996), obtiene muy buenas criticas. En esa época comparten escenario con grupos como Ktulu, Koma, Su ta Gar, PiL.T, A.N.I.M.A.L., etc.
Participan en el Villa de Bilbao de 1997, obteniendo un “Accesit” y tocan junto a Chococrispis, ganadores del concurso ese año.
Sale su 2º CD, “Salbuespena” -La Excepción- (Gor-1998), donde cuentan con la colaboración de gente como Brigi (Koma), Aitor y Rafa (PiL.T.) o Batiz (Anje Duhalde, Akelarre, Fito y los Fitipaldis).
A finales del 2000 empiezan a preparar su 3.er CD, que por un montón de visicitudes no termina de grabarse hasta otoño de 2.006, publicandose en marzo de 2007 con el nombre de “Ostinato” (Baga-Biga-2007).
Su último cd "Inorena ez den lurrean" ("En tierra de nadie") se editó en noviembre de 2008. Ahora trabajan de cara al quinto trabajo, previsto para finales de 2010.
