The unique UK indie band, Oswald are back on the UK scene once again after achieving great success in the US and Europe. The band attained significant national radio presence in US, Canada, Germany, Italy, Austria, Sweden and France amongst other countries, and are now setting their sights closer to home.
Having accomplished two Number 1 chart placements in the US Musicgram charts and a number 3 at the same time with the songs ‘Home’ and ‘Tumbling Down’, the three-piece rock band from Glasgow are currently making preparations for their release in the UK.
They are known for producing songs with a true voice to worldly issues and have been back in the studio writing new material that will certainly please their fans; more songs that reflect their unique 360 degree view on the world, in true Oswald style.
Most would agree that Oswald’s music makes a difference; and the US chart organisation Musicgram agree "Sometimes a band comes along and writes a song that makes you want to stand up … Oswald’s song ‘Speak Out’ could be an anthem for this generation. Speak out and shout you’re not alone!”
Oswald also received a stamp of approval from Nick Stewart, who famously discovered and signed U2 to Island Records, saying simply "Oswald are the real deal." Known to some in the Industry as ‘The Colonel’, Nick has also agreed to support and mentor Oswald using his extensive skills, experience and support team.
