NEW @ OTEAO » New Bubble Tea Flavors - We have added “Lychee” to our line of Bubble Tea flavors. It is a sweet tropical fruit found in China, India, Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines. Our flavors now include: Mango, Coconut, Black Tea, Green Tea, Honeydew, Strawberry and Lychee. » New Virgin Matcha - We have added Virgin Matcha to our Premium Rare line of teas. Pure Matcha is the tea equivalent to espresso - strong and slightly bitter. Virgin Matcha is produced from the whole tea leaf including the tea leaf veins. This avoids tea leaf manipulation and provides a very fresh tasting Matcha. This Matcha is called TENKO in Japanese, and it means PARADISE PERFUME. It has a strong “green” aroma and a obtuse bitter flavor. We serve the following in our Premium Rare section:
» New Matcha Latte/Frappe Drinks - In April we will introduce a new line of “Matcha” (finely ground green tea) drinks. Pure Matcha is the tea equivalent to espresso - strong and slightly bitter. Our Matcha combines 100% “stone ground” Japanese steamed green tea with premium sugar for a rich, creamy flavor. There are no preservatives, no hydrogenated oils and no artificial colors or flavors. We offer the following Matcha drinks:
» New Coffee Flavors - The most popular coffee in Italy is the very delicious illy brand. We serve the espresso blend, a deep rich bean that is best black or with steamed milk (café au lait). In April we will also serve the following blends: Guatemala, Kona and a decaf blend. » Vietnamese Espresso - In April we will serve the traditional Vietnamese Espresso. The OTEAO flavor combines a special espresso blend with condensed milk and served over ice. We prepare the espresso in the traditional way using the drip process.
