The wrong (or is that right) side of 30, I spent over 10 years DJing semi-professionally (got paid, but not enough to give up the day job) in and around Bristol in the south west of the UK. I have been producing music on and off since around 2000, using Propellerhead Reason and Sony Acid Pro. In December 2003, I won the Soren LaRue remix competition run by Acid Planet, beating over 400 other entries, but was unable to capitalise on that opportunity due to the birth of my first daughter in 2004 (and other things I won't go into). After moving from Bristol to Newport in Wales, I've taken up music production again, although the DJing's out for a while (young children don't respect a hangover). I've signed a number of original tunes to Wreked Records Worldwide and Red Robot Records, had remixes released on a number of other labels and am a member of the PellaPushers mash-up collective.
