Otis, nascido em Moçambique, na cidade de Inhambane, filho de um maestro de uma banda regional da cidade,
de muito novo já ouvia bastante música soul e funk. Aprendeu o saxofone com o seu pai aos 12 anos de idade.
Faz-se um musico amador junto a colegas de escola, participando em alguns grupos musicais na altura.
Otis reside em portugal há 23 anos, tendo passado por vários estilos musicais.
Em 1994 nasce uma onda musical do qual ele é o pioneiro: Tocar sobre a música lançada por Djs.
Apesar do projecto dar alguns resultados positivos, nunca quis dar a cara em termos de discografia sobre o mesmo. Como se diz normalmente: "O tempo é a verdadeira conduta da razão"
Otis foi cultivando junto aos Djs o estilo que mais o agradava até hoje: House Music, e que bem lhe foi sucedido.
Em 2008, decide apostar no que inevitavelmente iria acontecer:
Lançar o seu novo cd, apostando num som enovador, com influências africanas, americanas e um pouco de algo do resto do mundo.
Nasce o cd "Otis in the House" como mais uma experiência no seu mundo da música.

We wake up every morning and play the music of the new MySpace friends who have arrived at our site during the night. It occurred to us that these friends (you are among them) are almost universally positive, whether they be novices or legends, and without regard to their station in life or the country they occupy.
It also occurred to us that we couldn’t hold a verbal conversation with most of these friends, but we have bridged that gap by expressing our art honestly with each other.
We all have been filling the world with our music and art, in the hope that our messages of love and human understanding will have an impact on the world at large.
