I am the owner of Dave's Drum Shop in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada (The former location of Song Bird Music). We buy, sell, trade, repair and build drums and percussion instruments. I have been doing this for over 20 years - what was new when I started is now "vintage" yikes!. There are two of us that work in the drum shop at this time. Matt Ouimet is my full time drum tech and works part time on the floor covering for me when I am not here.
We sell tons of reconditioned second hand gear. Inventory changes frequently - if you were to come in on a weekly basis you will more than likely see a different store. We also sell loads of new, drums, cymbals, parts and accessories that all drummers need. If we don't have it we can usually order it, most special orders are only a week or so away.
I have toured and recorded extensively in the past with my band furnace face (1989 - 2000) and Slo' Tom (Mr Poopyheads side project) I also played drums with Kathleen Edwards up to the recording of her critically acclaimed Failer album. These days I play drums with my band Manpower and spend alot of time recording other bands with a mobile setup.

Hope it's a good one. One a weird note, I was just cleaning out the shed and found some old FF stuff. The Pink banners and a bunch of your drum sticks. Sorry had to give the sticks away. Randy Bowman got them, the old drummer for the Enigmas and The Subhumans. At least to a good drummer! =D
I forgot about the twin to my old kit! I'm surprised you still have that photo... Nice new drum pics by the way. Remember, if you ever have a hard time selling somethin, just give it to me. I won't tell anybody...
