So, you wanna play the Ottobar?
The Ottobar Open-Mic Series continues on Wednesday January 13th
Due to the large response, all performers names will be entered into a raffle for a slot on stage at the Ottobar Open-Mic series on January 13th. The raffle will take place on January 2nd, and all performers will be notified by January 3rd if they are performing. If you are interested in performing, simply drop us a line through the Ottobar Open-mic myspace page: www.myspace.com/ottobaropenmic and you will be entered in the raffle.
Each act will get 20 minutes to perform. The Ottobar will furnish a backline of drums(just bring snare drums, cymbals, and hardware), one guitar cabinet (please bring guitar heads), and a bass rig. We ask that you use this equipment to ease changeovers between acts. If you require additional equipment feel free to bring it along, but remember we are on a schedule.
Bring your friends, bring your family, have some drinks, but most importantly rock out and have fun. Plus, who knows, this might be your chance to get your act on a bill with your favorite band. Just sayin'! If you've got any questions visit:
