About me:
OUR ART SITE DOT COM is in the process of creating the only online encyclopedia of today’s art. This means detailed information about the artists and galleries that make up our global arts community. We believe that creating the only searchable index of current artists and galleries will help promote the arts around us, by providing free information that normally would not have been compiled by a single team like ourselves.
What if you just flew into Miami and want to find galleries in this area, but of course you have no idea? Type in “Miami”, “Miami galleries”, or “no parking spaces” and you’ll come up with results of galleries that have been entered into our database. Want to know artists that live around you? Search your area, e.g. “Louisville, Kentucky”, and you’ll come up with the needed information.
In order for this to flourish we need your help, and we’re depending on you to do this. We need you to create pages for the artists and galleries you like, or if you’re an artist or own a gallery make one up for you. You simply need to provide some images, links to your personal website(s), and some information about yourself.
