MV & EE WITH THE GOLDEN ROAD are heavy psychedelic pedal steels, celestial meanderings, and astral folk guitar navigations. Matt Valentine used to be in the free-folk collective Tower Recordings. J. Mascis from Dinosaur Jr. plays on their latest record. They live on Maximum Arousal Farm, in New England or somewhere. CREVECOEUR (france) with live projections on 8mm film.....their sound has been said to sound like the backdrop for a Quentin Tarantino, Robert Rodriguez, Serge Leone or David Lynch film and the whole visual aspect takes their live show to a whole other level. A treat methinks.
support comes from nottinghams SOUVARIS who have been causing a bit of a stir around the uk and europe. comparisons have been made to (band of 2007) battles, tortoise, don cabellero, mogwai, explosions in the sky etc so im sure u get the idea. F**King ace!!
Local support comes from THE PETTY THIEF ive seen this guy twice and he's always amazing so im sure this will be no exception and relative newbies to lincoln MANBEARPIG who rock a relative mars volta vibe all good
