Atlanta has such a rich music scene, not the least of which is a vibrant gay and lesbian choral community, with the
Atlanta Gay Men's Chorus the Atlanta Feminist Women's Chorus, and the Atlanta Philharmonic Orchestra to name a few.
In 2001 we started brainstorming about bringing the ladies and men together in a gay and lesbian mixed chorus, something that had been missing from the Atlanta music scene for years. When we started this group in 2002, we had no idea of where it would lead us.
All the places we go, all the wonderful people who become a part of our family, and all the music we share continue to nurture us in ways we never could have dreamed!
Our New CD
In 2008 we celebrated the release of our first CD, Out of a Dream. With selections of audience favorites, Out of a Dream is a retrospective of material performed over the last six years. Selected CD tracks can be heard on this page and the Out of a Dream CD can be purchased on the OurSong website.
