O&R is an ecclectic mix of soul/funk meets alternative bluegrass. Playing music for them is a preference not a necessity. They are just five buddies with completely different backgrounds (from polka to rock n roll) who combine different talents to make the most unique combination of all music genres. Their personalities are eccentric and engaging and they can turn a song into a story that evokes every emotion from uncontrollable laughter to heart wrenching tears. Listening to them is not an experience you want to miss out on! O&R has been sharing stages with Billy Currington, The Grascals, The Kentucky Headhunters, Confederate Railroad, Charlie Louvin, Roni Stoneman, Ernie Ashworth, Jeannie Seely, The Cherryholmes Family Band, and many others. After listening to their music, one can tell that the group has a broad range of genres. O&R has just released their new self titled CD. If interested in ordering, check out the blog at the top of the page.
We would like to welcome two new pickers to O&R. Shane Norman and Tyler Anderson. Shane plays mandolin and sings tenor. Tyler plays dobro and guitar with the band and sings baritone. O&R has something that we have never had before with three part harmony.
Message O&R if you would like to book them for your next private party or event.
