About me:

PICTURES AND OTHER SHIT

WELL WHAT D"YA KNOW?

What do ya need to know? L.B.M.F. not sure, then buy some Devil Dogs records.

ME

Been chillin' in Australia since 2000, having moved from London via Brighton England. My informative years were spent buying rekids and reading the music press until about early 1979 when I started going to punk rock 'n'roll shows. I have never looked back. As with many friends, this was supposed to be a phase, but fuck me, you will still find me drinking and shaking at shows.

I've been listening to punk rock, rock n roll whatever ya wanna call it for way to long to be taken in by all the mainstream bullshit. I still buy records (yes vinyl), way to many as my wife will tell ya, but its an addiction. Feel free to send me a list. I love loads of different stuff as you can see by the exhaustive list. If you dig anything on there, then drop me a line.

THE LABEL - OUTBACKRnR

Put together with a few drinking buddies, who love 7"s (yes they do), we were drunk and inspired by a local band to put out our first vinyl record. We might get round to doing some more, if the right band comes along. Anyway..........

OUTBACKRnR's first release is The Pink Fits. The Fits hail from the Steel City,Wollongong, and play hook laden rock 'n' roll. Live, they are a riff machine outta control. Heres the breakdown...

100 copies on red wax, hand screened sleeves. 200 on black with 350gsm litho print. The artwork is above.

It fucking rips. 'Don't ask why?' is there, a fine upbeat song from their awesome CD Fuzzyard GraveBox. On the flip we have 'Just one more dance' performed by a bunch of blokes in bandages many moons ago and together they make one damn fine rock n roll record.

We are looking at distro, so if you have a label or distro get in touch.

THE WEBSITE - WWW.OUTBACKRNR.COM

I'm starting work on this again shortly. Some stuff will be for sale or trade. I will be transfering my live/demo tapes to CD and then listing these for trades. I won't be selling these. Then we'll get round to reviews and other stuff at some point. Stay Tuned for more info kids

Apart from this, life is pretty laid back at the warm end of the world. And thats just the way we like it.

Feel free to check back, become a friend, trade records or tapes, DVDs or point me towards good cold beer, hot rock n roll bands or sounds.

I see you've got a pic of the secret Massappeal show at the Empire. I went to their other secret show at the Mona Vale Hotel.
