Out Both Ends was started in the spring of 2006. It consisted of four members of former ska band, Touchdown Sally (Keith, Devin, Tim, and Chet) and drummer, Ryan. After playing small shows in Athens and recruiting saxophonist George Trejo, OBE recorded a four song demo followed by a ten song album (Reptar's Revenge). After that the band started playing bigger shows, including HVSKA shows at the Loft. In the winter of 2007, Ryan left the band. After a brief search for a new drummer, the surviving band members decided to disband. OBE's single "My Time" is featured on Quickstar Production's 2008 "Ska 4 Life" compilation.

.. Hi there Out Both Ends first of all we'd like to say thanks for being our myspace pal. We wanted to make sure you knew the reason incase we suddenly vanish off of your friends list. The movement we've started for indie artists has grown significantly and consumes all of our time these days. We seldom sign into our myspace account and this is making several people believe that we are ignoring them. We are not ignoring anyone, we wanted everyone to know that. What we're doing has become so busy we just don't have the time for myspace any longer, so in all honesty we are probably going to just close our myspace account.
