.. At the moment of change, these four young Texas rockers had to be the ones to make it. The change, that is. After years of searching for the soul and the sound that would create OverScenE, J.R. Munoz (frontman), Michael Ryan Glass (drums), Erin Denis (bass), were joined by Justin Hold (guitar) in the winter of ‘06 and new addition, Justin Berry (guitar). Immediately, they shacked up in their Arlington jam room and started the record that would make them face the next step and facts to being a starving musician. Ready by the spring, they headed 1200 miles away from home, work, distractions, etc…to meet with producer Justin Thomas at Gridlock Studios and dedicate over a month of emotion and hard work to the studio. The outcome would result in their debut album, “The Moment of Change”. Heading back west to Texas, OverScenE continued touring the Texas circuit making as much noise as possible performing with such notables as Hell Yeah, (featuring members of Pantera and Mudvayne) and Kevin Matisyn (formerly of Evans Blue). Ready for the release of the first album, the band joined forces with the legendary hard rock band Sevendust out on the road for nearly 8 weeks playing the nations top rock spots alongside Saliva and Black Stone Cherry making their name and music a household favorite in several cities around the country. Radio stations picking up their music, recognizable websites informing the public has continued to help Overscene network. Such sites as Kings of A&R and TuneLab Music has kept interest coming their way from very respectable names in the music industry. OverScenE is more than ready to have an arena of fans singing every song that is heartfelt for the everyday real person, helping people see the brighter side and to never give up.
