Bishop Elect Dwight D. Jones was born February 17, 1963 to Jean Jones and the Late Mr. Cossie R. Jones, In Somerville NJ. He received his education in the Franklin Township Public School system. He went on to receive a certificate in Business Management at Florida State. Bishop Jones accepted the lord In October 1970 at the tender age of seven, At the Holiness Temple Church under the leadership of Bishop C A. Brown. He has always been very active in church from an early age. He was the lead singer in his family choir, also the church youth and young adult choirs. He was known as the little singing preacher. He would travel to other cities teaching workshops on music ministry in the church, praise and worship. He’s sang with renowned gospel artist’s such as, Rev. James Cleveland and the James Cleveland Workshop choir NJ chapter for a number of years, Dr. Mattie Moss Clark and the Convocation Choir of the Church Of God In Christ. He was also a member of the Central Jersey Community Choir, founder Ms. Betty Davis. Other musical experiences he’s had was singing and recording with Bishop George Searight and Royal Priesthood of New Brunswick, NJ. The Voices of Holiness of Ft Lauderdale, Fla., Rev. Timothy Wright and many others. He was called upon to sing the national anthem for the opening of the San Antonio Spurs game in February 2007, Also the same month he had the honor to sing and pray Gods blessings upon the Hometown hero's of San Antonio, during there hometown hero banquet. He has such an anointing to sing, preach and pray, until the atmosphere changes for the better. He ministers in these areas in such a powerful way. He yielded to the call of God on his life at the age of eleven, and was licensed as a missionary and began Ministering in churches in the NY, NJ, NC and GA areas, He showed a great passion for the gospel of Jesus Christ from his youth. He has traveled extensively to Jamaica WI, Barbados WI and Tortolla VI Ministering and assisting in ministry, in Crusades, Revivals and seminars. He has assisted in establishing churches and mission ministries throughout the US and foreign countries. Bishop Jones was Ordained as an Elder in the Lords church 1985 in the COGIC organization in Goldsboro NC, under the leadership of the late Bishop J O. Patterson. He served under the leadership of the late Bishop N. Grier, of the Macedonia COGIC Int’l in Somerset NJ. Bishop Jones moved to Ft. Lauderdale Fla. In 1988 - Jan 1991 where he served as one of the staff Ministers at the Holiness Temple Church, Under the leadership of Bishop C A. Brown to work in the ministry there. In 1991 Bishop Jones was led of the Lord to moved back to NJ when he felt a shifting in his spirit by God to grow him more in ministry. He organized and worked faithfully with the hospital ministry at the Abundant Life Family Worship Church in New Brunswick NJ, Under the leadership of Bishop George C. Searight. In Sept. 1993 Bishop Jones moved to Baltimore MD to be near his father who was battling lung cancer, and in 1995 his dad went home to be with the Lord. Bishop Jones made his church home at Kingdom Worship Center in 1993, under the leadership of Bishop Ralph L. Dennis and Lady Deborah S. Dennis. In 1996 Bishop Jones’ Eldership was affirmed during the Kingdom Conference and Fellowship Convocation, under the Kingdom Fellowship Covenant Ministries, Inc. Bishop Jones served as Adjutant General to Bishop R L. Dennis on the local, national and International levels, he has traveled extensively in ministry with Bishop Dennis and other Bishops, Pastors and Evangelists. He also served as Chief Adjutant at Kingdom Worship Center. Bishop Jones has a deep passion and broad vision in the ministry area of outreach for those who are lost and dying. He has a great love for the seniors and the youth, and wants to be able to minister to all ages, and all nationalities. He reaches out to those who are battling addictions and bondages that hold them captive. Bishop Jones is the founder and presiding prelate of “The World For Christ Int’l Ministries, Inc”. This is an outreach ministry that was birthed in 1983, to minister to those who have given up on themselves and a better life in Christ. it also is a ministry that ministers to leaders, and future leader in the making. He is committed to disciple as many as the lord God will put in his path. T.W.F.C Int'l Ministries, Inc is a fellowship of Churches, Para Church Ministries, Businesses, and Ministry Leaders who have been commissioned by God to go into all the world and Preach the gospel. These Churches, Ministries, Ministry leaders and business owners saw the biblical need for Fathering, Apostolic Covering and Covenant relationship and have submitted themselves, their Ministries and their businesses under our leadership. The lord has used Bishop to help bring order to the house, because of the apostolic anointing that rests on his life. He covers churches, and cell ministries in the USA, Kenya, Nigeria and Uganda. The Lord once again spoke to Bishop Jones and commissioned him to yet another part of his vineyard, because there was a great need for workers to rescue those who are lost and dying. This was not a hard move for Bishop Jones to make, seeing he has a heart for outreach and rescue. In June 2005 he loaded his moving truck and set out for San Antonio TX, the city that the Lord had given witness in his spirit through a dream and a prophetic word. From that day Bishop Dwight D. Jones has been following the Lords guidance, and speaking into the lives of all who God puts in his path. In February. 2006 the vision of a healed church became a reality, thus Calvary Worship Center SA was birthed. He has done so much for the body of Christ, on the local, national and International levels. He has helped in many communities across the country and his work is not yet done.
