Director Eddie Chung was born in Soeul, Korea. He came to America at the age of 4 with his parents and $2000 in 1974. Raised in Idaho Falls, Idaho, during racially turbulent times, he went to Boise State University and graduated with a Bahelor's Degree in Philosophy. He started as a photographer's assistant in Los Angeles in 1998 and moved on to the camera department, a few comercials, and independants. Eddie Chung has experience with Goodby/Siverstein, BBDO, Team One; for such clients like: Specialized, Saturn, Milk, Espn, Foster Farms Chicken, etc. Inbetween traveling and editing Over The Line, Chung recently directed and DP'd a commercial for the Lexus campaign in 2006.

The Achievers follows the lives of "The Big Lebowski" fanatics who travel around the nation attending the Lebowski Festivals. Unlike Trekkies, which follows the lives of geeks in costumes, this movie follows the lives of drunk geeks in costumes. Appearances by Jeff Bridges, Jim James of My Morning Jacket, Peter 'The Philosopher King of Hollywood' Exline, and Jeff 'The Dude' Dowd. Coming this summer!!
To understand the movie The Achievers, one must ask.... what is a Lebowski Fest?
The most fun you will have with a stranger in a bowling alley, Lebowski Fest is a bowling event celebrating all things relating to the Coen Brothers 1998 film, "The Big Lebowski". It can be likened to a Star Trek convention in a very loose sense. The event includes unlimited bowling, costume, trivia, farthest traveled, and bowling contests, prizes, and what-have-you. The friend of the Coen Brothers who inspired the main character played by Jeff Bridges, Jeff "The Dude" Dowd has been known to make an appearance and drink some White Russians. The 1st annual occurred in Fall of 2002 in Louisville, Kentucky and the 2nd annual took place in July 2003. We then headed way out west to Las Vegas for Lebowski Fest West in Feb., 2004. The 3rd Annual Lebowski Fest in June of 2004 brought over 4000 Achievers and included an outdoor concert with My Morning Jacket. Lebowski Fest New York was held in Aug. 2004. Lebowski Fest hit a milestone in LA when Jeff Bridges came out!
