About The Mothers

The Mothers - 3 mums, 2 guitars and 1 drumkit, play songs about motherhood, from everyday tales of nits, pregnancy, school run dilemmas, and the comuter game obsessions of their kids. You can download our cd 'Ovulation' on i-tunes or cd-baby. eMusic We went to New York City in 2005 to play at Mamapalooza - a festival celebrating motherhood through art. This year we are bringing Mamapalooza to the UK for the second time, in May - in Brighton Here is an ace animation of one of our tunes by the amazing animator Eclectic. nappyrashcollective	Jun 8 2009 12:45 PM this thursday sees the return of spikey pop punk legends eastfield / this time with the awesome garden gang from germany {playing thier first derby in gig about 3 years}... please note that due to train timetable changes the eastfield / garden gang portion of the gig will finish by 10.15pm so those coming from out of derby can get home... for the rest of you paul carter will finish the evening off and chris butler will open things... for acts for £3/4 - another nappy rash collective bargain we thinks...
