Owen Sound is a project by Toronto singer/songwriter Reymond Perada. The music is folk music filtered through the mind of a cityboy. Written, performed, recorded, and produced by the lone member of this "band", everything is a learning process, which, at times, can be frustrating and rewarding, but it lends an intimacy and honesty to the finished product, which tends to be imperfect yet exactly as it should be. In 2003, under the name EARTHboyBLUE, the debut LP "Something Is Understood" was released, followed by "These City Lights. These Country Stars." in 2006. The newest album, "Tonight, And How It Felt", was released in July 2009.

Talk to you later! oh, and do you knowo of any open mics in the toronto area? i was at one at trane studio and that was really good and bronny told me about on at Free Times Cafe but said that she went and the people weren't that great. Let me know though!

cool, yeah I hope you can make it, it should be really fun! If you wanna jam with the band sometime - our singer's going on vacation after the horseshoe gig for like 3 weeks, but we're gonna keep jamming - it'd be fun.
