Originally conceived in Blackbird Leys, the project has since broadened out to include an Oxford-wide team. The first Restricted Service License (RSL) was broadcast from Jubilee Hall, Greater Leys, in October 2006 while the permanent station in Cowley was being built. Now that the permanent station has now been completed we are streaming live and around the clock via OX4FM.net and broadcasting during limited RSLs, the most recent FM broadcasts running throughout June 2007, ending with a live broadcast from the Cowley Road Carnival in East Oxford.
