Oxjam is a music festival with a difference. Each year thousands of music-lovers like you get involved, all across the UK, to raise money for Oxfam. Oxjam are currently recruiting volunteers around the UK to shape the Oxjam Music Festival this October 2009. If you love music and want to make a difference, why not get involved! sign up as a music event organiser/performer/helper at www.oxfam.org.uk/oxjam

Who I'd like to meet:

We're asking musicians, promoters - in fact, EVERYONE - to get together to make music, raise money and help end poverty. You don't need a big venue - the beauty of Oxjam is that hundreds of small events make one huge party. And you make it happen. Not musically talented? Me neither! So you can also get involved by tapping your feet along to your favourite local bands at Oxjam gigs or bake some cakes to help us raise some extra pennies. After many long nights in the studio, sweating, frustrated, and emotional trying to reach perfection, My album "Hazardous" is finally up for sale. I put everything i had into this album, so much energy and passion. I can honestly say this is my best work yet. It would be a shame for all my hard work and efforts to go unconsidered.
