I am the Medway branch of OXJAM, a nationwide music event in aid of Oxfam. Since October 2006 we have been organising concerts and a whole range of sponsored events to raise money for projects providing aid where it is most needed.
Oxjam is about raising money to fight poverty all over the world. You'll be helping people to earn a living; to get an education; health care; fresh water; to grow more food.

How you can be involved.
Please get in touch if you want more details. If you are putting on a gig or performing in Medway then please consider registering it as an OXJAM event. Post bulletins on MySpace about any sponsored events you have organised. Go along and support local bands or take part in a Music Quiz in a local pub. Go to work dressed as Elvis (unless that IS your day job) and get sponsored for it. Keep an eye on this space and the register of events on the OXJAM website. Put your hands in your pockets!
