O Yuki Conjugate, currently in their 3rd incarnation, are set to release their 7th album in November 2009. Called OYC25 its a unique collaboration by all three generations of OYC and will be available through Soleilmoon Recordings.
OYC25
To celebrate their 25th anniversary OYC invited all their former members to a studio in West London to see what would happen. The result of this unlikely blend is OYC25, a CD containing five tracks of post-industrial, fourth world-ish, dirty ambience.
The package includes a full length DVD of live recordings and rare footage that offer a unique insight into the band’s history, together with a complete alternate mix of the album and even an essay by a renown scholar.
The whole thing comes in a beautiful gatefold sleeve and is available in limited numbers.
It will be available via iTunes, but then you'd be missing out on all the extra stuff for pretty much the same price.

THE EUPHORIA OF DISOBEDIENCE
OYC released their last album 'The Euphoria of Disobedience' on their own label OYC Limited in 2006. It explored an area OYC have christened ..dirty ambient.. .. multi layered, hyper textural and distinctly gritty. It came in a uniquely designed 'ice tile' sleeve and cost a small fortune to make. This album has now been deleted.
