    ..What I'm Interested In..

    Well...you asked. You ready for this?

    • Reading - I love to read. Mostly mysteries. Anything by John Sanford piques my interest. Some non-fiction, too.
    • Music - Well, folks, I'm a mobile DJ as a hobby, so I gotta like music or I wouldn't be in the business....weddings, parties, dances, you name it! I like just about anything I can get my hands on.
    • Being Outdoors - There's something about the outdoors that calms me sometimes. I really can't explain it. If I ever need to think I just go sit on my porch swing or take a drive out to Palisades Park and sit by the river. I used to do quite a bit of hiking and camping when I was a little younger but I don't have anyone to go with any more :-(
    • Horseback Riding - I have an uncle that owns a small horse ranch in mid-Missouri, but because of several reasons I don't really get down there any more. I haven't been there in probably 5 years and I miss it.
    • Gaming - I'm not a hardcore gamer by any means, but sometimes it's nice just to come home and slip Tiger Woods 2006 into the console or Roller Coaster Tycoon into the computer and not worry about anything else.
    • Other Stuff - I'll try anything once. I tried kneeboarding behind a friend's ski boat a few years ago. I thought I'd hate it, but I LOVE IT! How can you ever find anything else interesting to do if you don't try new stuff every once in a while?

    • Music

      In short, I like: country, classic rock, top 40, R & B, classical, show tunes, 80's music....you get the idea.

      Specifics: I like Garth Brooks, Bob Seger, Jimmy Buffet, Van Morrison, Jefferson Starship, The Police, Big & Rich, Brooks & Dunn, Alan Jackson, Pink, Bach, Beethoven, Phantom of the Opera, Rent, Wynonna, Rolling Stones, The Beatles, R. Kelly, Celine Dion, Dirty Vegas, Bowling for Soup...well, I think you get the idea.

      Pretty much, if you've ever heard it, I probably like it.

    • Movies

      I'm a big fan of movies. I really don't have a specific genre that catches me more than another. If you opened my DVD player on any given day you could find Latter Days, Spongebob Squarepants, Lethal Weapon, Office Space, The Princess Diaries, American Pie, Brokeback Mountain, or any of a hundred other DVD's I own.

    • Television

      I love TV. Like my movie interests, my shows are pretty varied. I like CSI (the Vegas one), Law & Order: SVU, Chuck, Desperate Housewives, Brothers & Sisters, Family Guy, Futurama, Women's Murder Club, or Spongebob Squarepants.

      I'm also probably one of the only people in my age group that I know that still watches the local news.

    The Basics: I like lots of stuff...reading, music, horseback riding (though I haven't been on one in a while), being outdoors, and just sitting around the house if I'm feeling lazy.

    Typical Day: Work. Then, afterwards, you may alternately find me in khaki's and a polo, or in an old pair of jeans, an old t-shirt and cowboy boots.

    If you walked into my house on any given day after work I could alternately be reading a book, coding a website, watching a movie, or gaming. It's really a crapshoot. What can I say, I have lots of interests!

    I'm currently single :-( But apparently there's a lot of fish in the sea...or ocean...or lake...or aquarium...or whatever. Sociable? Of course I'm sociable. Some of the best times I can remember have been with a group of good friends just doing stuff friends do.

    Worst joke I ever heard: Q: What do you call a dog with no legs?

    A: Why call him? He's not going to come anyway! (It's OK if you groaned...I did, too.)
