Branson Hills Changing the First Impression of BransonBranson Hills is changing...and it's changing everyday. What began last year with the opening of Target, TJ Maxx, Home Depot and Chili's is now growing into a town of its own. Kohl's opened in October, and early next year the new Wal-Mart Supercenter is scheduled to open. Building permits have also been issued for Best Buy, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Books-A-Million, Shoe Carnival, Maurices, MC Sports, Michaels, Petco, a bank and several strip malls.
White River Fish Company is Now OpenI don't have a new picture of it yet, but the new Bass Pro restaurant, White River Fish Comapny, is now open. I ate there recently and it was absolutely superb. Myself, my wife and 2 children ate and the total came to $39(without tip). It is truly a wonderful place. It has a certain "lodge" feel similar to what you get at Big Cedar. I can't even begin to describe to you the atmosphere. That is something you are going to have to experience for yourself, as I can't do it justice. The atmosphere is every bit as good as the food. My waitress (Carissa) was kind and attentive and made my family's night out an enjoyable one! I give White River Fish Company an A plus! I can't say enough good things, and I am looking forward to my next visit.
Table Rock State Park Dive Shop a Great Place for BeginnersWe decided to give scuba diving a try last August. It was great. I keep asking myself "Why did I wait so long to try this?" I paid $79 for a two hour session, and it was well worth it.

I had my marketing cap on about a week ago and with all the bad news; the Taliban in Pakistan, the looming Chyrsler bankruptcy, the new flu epidemic, etc; I decided to go with a more optimistic theme for this summer in a bumper sticker (old school). I think its working. There are currently a little more than 50 cars in the Branson area sporting this lil’ beauty. (Yes, I comped them) What do you think?
