Here you will find all of the concerts that Ozarks Live Productions will be hosting.
And who will be playing them and all show info. Most shows will be an All Ages.
Ozarks Live Productions is quickly becoming ,The Ozarks premier Extreme music booking/production and talent agency.
Ozarks Live is founded by Shawn Mayham.Who brings over 9 years of booking/talent buying experience.
Originally Shawn,Started booking shows Around 1998 under  the moniker (Old Dude Productions)
as well he booked for/and managed his friend's  bands around Cincinnati,OH including the bands Downfall,and Five Soul,
as well booking for the band After All,Progressive Downfall and Stapled Shut.
First by doing a few shows at Action'z Night Club,and Shawn than started a Friday night rock night,
at the Hamilton Music Theater,which is a all ages (non-alcohol),in which  runs in the family.
Shawn's grandpa,Bill Mayham owned the building when was a movie theather,and Shawn's dad Larry,worked there for
his  father as a teenager,and yes the old theater seates remained. 

After a small, hiatus and a move to Springfield,MO,which bsically just  ended up here,
Shawn got  the drive to start booking again,and after a little while of getting to know the scene,
which at the time was about when Venue's such  as The Abyss,Carroll's Pub,Culley's,and The Juke Joint were still alive and kicking,
So Shawn started booking again under the moniker (Bring It Thru Productions,later known as Mayham Entertainment).
First show was Slaves On Dope @ Outland Ballroom,some  of his  other  first few shows,included
E-Town Concrete,Spineshank,and Hatebreed.
Later on Shawn brought music of national and local acts with Rockwell Productions and later Zeitgetist Productions.
Where He gave lesser known bands chances they wouldnt normally get on a grander stage.Shawn took over the Booking Manager dutites @ The Rockwell,
in July 2004.
The Rockwell which will be rememebered  by many, as Springfield's and The Ozarks greatest rock club ,ever seen.
Which closed for the last time Jan. 14th 2006, including a crowd  of 600+,and  night of drunking debautchery.
Shawn also was manager/booking for the local band One Eye Open, and did booking for Frail,Annex, as well
the start of the regional show booking besides the shows for the above menctioned bands,booked dates for Presence (Curb Records),and Alston,
featuring  x-members of Primer 55 and Darwins Waiting Room.
As well Shawn has experience,as a stage hand,loader,flyer design,promotions,and over 10 years of street teaming experience.

Now Shawn has started over ,and thinking much bigger this time around. 
With The Rockwell ,and Rockwell Productions now a thing of the past,
as well he has separated him self from Zeitgeist Productions due,to many differnt reasons,but all for the  better.
Shawn has set the bar even higher this time,and will stop at nothing less than becoming The Extreme music booking/production and talent agency.

Ozarks Live recently was exclusivly providing booking at the following venues Rincon Latino (Springfield,MO),and Local Chaos (Joplin,Mo) both all ages.
As well has shows at many other venues throught The Ozarks.
And  will be booking a yet  to be names outdoor  festival this  summer 2007, near Joplin,MO.
This new year,Shawn is expanding his shows, to not just Springfield,MO,But to include Joplin,MO,and the Pittsburg,KS areas. 
As well,Shawn's Talent Roster includes Sound Asleep (Springfield,MO),The Sacred Have Fallen (Pittsburg,KS),and Whisper 2 Scream (Branson,MO),
As well as his  roster of  non-exclusive artist avaliable. All artists are currently avaliable for regional booking's and show trades.
This time  It's a new begining,and It's do or die and Shawn is more focused and  dedicated than ever. Prepare for the best shows,The Ozarks has ever seen.
2007 Included many successful shows Adema twice !!!, The Schwag, Voodoo Glow Skulls, and many other great shows....

Currenlty ,Well ,WE .... were booking many shows at Remmington's Downtown,the premier venue in Sothwest Missouri, and there will be the new spot, comng soon..Yes a new start and a new begining for the Springfield Scene........We hope

2008 was a blast with a slew of great show mostly @ The Outland Balroom ...Including The Schwag(agian)and Egypt Central twice, also : Shows in 2008 Includesd Marc Rizzo ( Soulfly),Joey Belladonna (Anthrax,Straight Line Stitch, The Autumn Offering,Saint Diablo, Fixer,Foundation (x- Flaw),Hell Within twice, Echovalve, Autumn Black, and Adakain.
2009 So far will Include .....The return of Adakain ,Neverset,and Saint Diablo. Besides shows at The Outland Ballroom, there will be shows at other venues, more details tba stay tuned........

How do I book with Ozarks Live?

It is really easy. First you need to send me an email saying when you would like to play,
as well I'd  like to know where  have  you played before,crowd,etc.
(Please note I cant always give you the date you want but I will work with you on it)
Your band will need to have a demo on your Myspace site so I can listen to your music.
If you do not have a demo then you will most likley be asked to play on a  weekday show,
as a try out ,and to see if you are ready to play on a  weekend show.
(I call it "PAYING YOUR DUES")

All weekend  shows are reserved for bands who will bring a decent crowd.
All bands are required to sell tickets for their show.When opening for National/Touring bands.
It shows me you care about playing and getting people to see your show.
If you  do  not sell  tickets, I may think you don;t care  about  bringing a crowd,
and are not guarenteed  to be paid.
All other shows,all  other shows  all bands will  have  a ticket sales option as well,
this  guarentees  you're pay no exceptions. Other wise,no guarentees at all,but I will be as fair as,I can be.

If you are an out of town band,or out of the area (Over 50 Miles from Springfield) you will still be asked to sell tickets.
We will work with you the best we can. If you are a unknown band from the region especially say (Over 100 miles away) most likley won't be booked unless will sell tickets, or ,If are a national act. You will get paid more for selling tickets than if you would if you just came in and play.

Please don't waste our time, If you aren't capable of bringin any sort of following, and If are gonna sell 1 ticket to a national for example !!! We like bands that are appriciative of everything. Currently we are mainly focused only national and regional shows, with locals as support/openers.
