About me: Born into the multicultural and often violent Australian neighbourhood of Richmond Victoria, Ozzie was destined for a career as a professional AFL player before injury struck. Un-phased, he channelled his energies into mechanics, and travelled Australia, working on heavy earth moving rigs and mustering buffalo and cattle, before venturing overseas to experience first hand the cultures of Europe and the USA. Whilst working as a security guard back home in Australia, Ozzie’s character looks quickly became noticed and it was not long before he was being actively encouraged to consider a career in acting.
Ozzie quickly moved from “background” to featured extra roles and bit parts, and he developed such a passion for the industry that he “bit the bullet” and took on full time acting training in order to make his passion into his career. Ironically, because of his extraordinary ability to observe and then create roles from those observations, the gangs and violence of Ozzie’s childhood combined with his life experiences have enabled him to perfectly encapsulate the “bad guy” character he physically represents so well.
Ozzie has now performed in over a dozen short films from extra to lead roles, in featured films like Chameleon 3 Dark Angel: The Lost World: Crocodile Dundee in LA, featured roles in PJ Hogan’s “Peter Pan”: Condemned :Vigilante : Pistolero ( won best foreign film in AOF festival in LA 07) : ICU : & many TV Commercials. He is the lead role for a Feature Sci Fi Film that already has Japan/Russia/America on board- "The Dark Lurking", which premiered at Cannes Film Festival France 08. Recently Ozzie featured in a TV Series called "The Strip" Cast in 8 Episodes playing 2ic to the Russian Mafia and now in 09 Ozzie has two lead roles locked in for feature films
