A retired “College Housemom”, Pablo has spent the last 10 years moving around the country and disappointing American’s expectations with his lack of Spanish culture. After moving back home to Chicago, he hit the Comedy Scene and found that his ridiculous perspective on uncomfortable situations, weddings, and acting politically correct had audiences laughing with approval. I love family, laughing, making people laugh, comedy shows, good stories, great movies, meeting new people, networking, talking, listening (unless it's a bad story or boring, in which case I like faking like I'm enjoying it), Hip-Hop, Rap, R&B, & some Pop (especially Black Cherry flavored), Comedy Clubs, Free Mondays, Early Friday Dismissals, Snowdays, Tropical Storms (non-threatening, of course), Tom & Jerry Cartoons, an organized desk, a well planned event, power locks, Remote Car Starter, Artists, polite drivers, basketball, white sox games, amusement parks, Funny One Liners, Mom's Home-Cookin', jumping line, waking up in stages, new car smell, Puppy Labradors & Beagles, Call backs, hitting my groove at 11am, triple digit times during the day like; 1:11, 2:22, 3:33, etc… longs sets with short jokes, a great setup and an even better punch line, trying to set a New record for most people in an Old school Photo Booth, not watching TV shows so I can watch the entire season on DVD during bad weather days, working with and learning new types of media, Heavy rain with lots of sun, using corny adjectives to describe deep feelings, realizing a cop is behind you while you ARE going the speed limit, laying down after moving in, taking pictures after shows with whomever, making a left just before the light turns red, taking a nap after securing preparation, watching movies on my iPod while I wait at the DMV, driving with the top down when the temperature's up, going to a new city, ending on an amazing note, wishing others well and meaning it, Chicago 1 week before Thanksgiving until 12:01 on January 2nd, leaving a party sometime after the first guests leave but not being the last one to leave, giving presents, being asked my opinion, and people who actually read this entire "About me" section : ) ...now get back to work!!! : ) hahahahaa
Who I'd like to meet: I like to meet whomever............is not crazy! : ) In terms of who I "WISH" to meet...any other comedians, performers, creative folk and interesting people in general....no stalkers please : )
Everyone is really nice, but I can't do anything without having to stop and carry on a full-fledged conversation with everyone I interact with! Seriously? Give me my damn coffee and be done with it! Other than that, and the whole mad-crazy Republican thing (read: no alcohol on Sundays), I'm trying to keep a positive attitude.
