Q: What is this?
A: Paula Abdul Cardio Cheer is an Aerobic Fitness dvd series geared specifically to cheerleaders and working out the specific areas needed to become a professional cheerleader!
Q: Can I order directly from myspace?
A: Yes, Locate the "website redirector" tabs on the toolbar and in the upper left hand corner to visit our official website and place an order
Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: You can now check the status of your order online! Click here to check your status now.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: If ordering today and your payment is processed successfully, your order will ship within 2 weeks, depending on the shipping method selected. You can check your order status by clicking here.
Q: Will my order arrive before Christmas?
A: All payments which are processed successfully on or before December 20th will arrive before Christmas, as long as a physical address is provided. Please be sure to select either overnight or two day express as the shipping method for all orders that will be processed after the 20th.
Q: What if I did not receive a confirmation e-mail message after placing my order?
A: Please click here to go to our customer support form and send us your order information (what you ordered and your shipping address). If your order was saved in the system, we will re-send your confirmation e-mail. If your order was not saved, we will notify you and you will have to re-enter your order at the web site.
Q: Once my DVD has shipped, when can I expect to receive it?
A: If ordering all 5 Discs with a physical address, your order will be sent out via Federal Express and often arrive within two weeks. All other orders (PO Boxes and APO addresses) will be shipped via USPS Standard Delivery and should arrive within 2-6 weeks. If you chose a different shipping method, please refer to your confirmation e-mail or the order status check for estimated shipping times.
Q: What if I want my DVD shipped to an address that's different from my billing address?
A: Unfortunately, to prevent credit card fraud, we cannot ship to an address other than the credit card's billing address.
Q: I received a message stating that my credit card is invalid. What should I do?
A: Please verify that the card type, account number, and expiration date that you entered are correct.
Q: How can I remove my e-mail address from your mailing list?
A: Simply send an e-mail to unsubscribe@cardiocheer.com with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject line.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not yet. To add yourself to our mailing list in the event that we do introduce international shipping, send an e-mail to unsubscribe@cardiocheer.com with the word "subscribe" in the subject line.
Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: Your order will ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) or via Federal Express depending on the quantity ordered as well as the address provided.
Q: When will my credit card be charged for my order?
A: Your credit card is charged when you place your order.
Q: Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
A: Local sales taxes will apply on orders shipped to addresses in California, Missouri, and Georgia.
Q: Will Paula Abdul Cardio Cheer be available in VHS format?
A: Due to the one-of-a-kind breakthrough technology used in the making of the Cardio Cheer series, this offer is ONLY available in DVD format; features include programmable workouts, choosing your own music and a heads-up display! However, if the demand for VHS increases, we will consider releasing it on VHS in the future.
Q: How long does each workout last?
A: Each volume has an approximate running time of 32 minutes.
Q: What is your return policy? Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
A: If you are not satisfied with our product, you may return it for a full refund within (30) days of shipping. *Refund will not include your original shipping charges.

Q: Do you offer rush delivery?
A: Yes. We currently offer 2-Day Express and Standard Overnight shipping by FedEx. These options are only available when purchasing the 5-disc set. You can select your delivery options during the checkout process.
Q: If I pay by check or money order can I use express shipping?
A: No. If you pay by check or money order you must use the standard shipping method.
Q: If I pay by check or money, how does that affect my delivery date?
A: Please allow an additional 7-10 business days to process your check or money order, and allow 2-6 weeks for delivery.
