We have become strangers in our own back yard. Striving for an identity lost in the grind. A queen inprisoned in her own palace, Westerner's unsatisfying lust for our lands and development has driven our fragile ecosystem and resources to the point of unimaginable destruction. We grow up watching our tutu cry, our fathers incarcerated, our mothers struggle, and our aina destroyed. We all mourn for all the wrongs that our people have indured over the past centuries.
