"Brian Gore's strong, well developed melodies and intriguing chord sequences set him apart from the myriad of steel-string fingerstylists who compose in open tunings. His finely crafted poetic "songs without words" take the listener on a spellbinding, emotional ride.
-- Ron Forbes Roberts ,Acoustic Guitar Magazine
"Brian writes songs, not 'tunes' fully developed stories told
with six steel strings and a passion rarely seen instrumentally or
lyrically."

ABOUT THESE SONGS
These are rough cuts from a 3 hour rehearsal, using a Zoom H4 perched evenly between Jenna and Brian.
ONE HAND CLAPPING is a tune Brian wrote for a dear friend who works at a big book publishing company in New York.
SONG FOR GUINGA is a tune inspired by GUINGA, a brlliant guitarist and songwriter from Rio de Janeiro. GUINGA is a figure of almost cult-figure status in Brazil, but relatively unknown in the States and elsewhere, even though he is lauded by people like David Byrne of the Talking Heads and appeared on the WILL.I.AM produced SERGIO MENDES release "TIMELESS".
Brian also had the chance to play and tour with GUINGA on a live album which additionally featured Pierre Bensusan and multiple Grammy winner Andrew York, "An Evening with International Guitar Night Live" (Steve Vai's Favored Nations Records)

LET THEM IN is a Jenna-arranged cover of a JOHN GORKA Tune. It's an especially emotive piece that apparently is based on writing John received from a fan overseas....

Bop City - Vintage Jazz Internet Radio
Imagine that you are back in the era when jazz was expanding beyond its perceived boundaries - when jazz was an american phenomenon. Imagine that there is a radio station spinning records on the cutting edge of jazz, giving a nod to the origins of jazz and even sneaking in some blues now and then. Bop City is that radio station.
Playing cuts from vintage vinyl LPs, Bop City harkens back to the golden age of jazz. Complete with a few pops and clicks, this is pure jazz radio as it was, and, as it always was meant to be.

Pretty good that you have some solo stuff too. I like to hear what you have. You two are very versitile. Best of luck with being solo and working together. Best wishes- Di
