The dark side is really the light. In the shadows lie the true path to transcendence. The unlit corners contain the most breathtaking beauties. Night is true peace. All these things are the truths that will flood your mind when it is overtaken by the astounding work of PAGAN, the brainchild of Mike Bilinski. Bilinski conjures enveloping moods and compelling melodies in his dark brand of music and their power is hypnotic.
Experiments with Sound
Bilinski describes his music as “dark ambient with an industrial edge.” This is music for thinkers, philosophers and those who live on the fringe – and those who would like to. Yet at the same time, there is an irresistible hook to PAGAN's music, an allure not easily resisted by even the most pop-hypnotized listener. The utter creativity of PAGAN's experimentations stems from the power of shunning convention. “I don't write songs as much as experiment with sound.” Rather than build on old foundations, Bilinski finds strange, new and uncannily listenable structures of sound.
Escape
PAGAN creates portals. These are not mere songs. These are doorways into the nether realms where true enlightenment is to be found. Such is the purpose of music, as Bilinski sees it. “Music is an escape from reality into a world of our own creation.” By offering his creations, Bilinski is making good his escape and offering others a pathway to their own spiritual freedom.
“Some people think only novelists and filmmakers create entire worlds with their art. PAGAN is busy proving that idea false to its bone.” - A&R Select
“Crawls into your brain and finds a dark place to hide.” - Tminus20
Put together the first music video for one of the songs, that being for the song "Eel Marsh House", which is based on the movie "The Woman In Black". Wasn't sure to name it that instead of 'Eel Marsh..." ...Eel Marsh House being where the woman in black 'lived', and now haunts it. Though, she seems to haunt the general area of the village as well as the House. If anyone catches her gaze, looks into her eyes....a child will die, usually from the family of the person unfortunate to look at her. As you see what happens to the story's main character at the end.
Hope you like it, that's about all for now, Cheers! Rob

Yeah those music players are the reason I had to remove the comments section before. I really don't want to do it again, but people have no respect for others pages & the people who just want to listen to our music. I got the pics. I'll be calling tonight with more details. Hope all is well.
