The Cavity Creeps (Detroit Oi/Punk)	Jul 17 2008 2:54 PM THE CAVITY CREEPS seek both a rhythm & a lead guitarist. We hail from the Eastside of Detroit, MI. USA We're veterans of the Detroit punk scene for decades. We play a style of old school Oi and punk! We're not hardcore, but have a few fast/hard ones too. Members have toured across the East coast and Midwest of the USA in past bands (even playing the famous CBGB's in NYC). The Cavity Creeps have opened shows for U.S. Bombs (CALI), Far from Finished (BOSTON), Almighty Lumberjacks of Death, H8 inc., Anti-Social Degenerates, Bullcock (NJ), Nick Vivid Effect (NYC), The State, Grommet, The Scars (BOSTON) and many other great bands. We played 2 shows in NY (May-2008). NYC we opened for "The Steve Conte Band" (NY DOLLS guitarist) and we played a SOLD OUT show in Brooklyn that got rave reviews!!! We're WORKING CLASS punks! And follow the Oi way of life! STAND TALL, STAND PROUD AND DON'T LET EM' GRIND YA DOWN! We have been around as the Cavity Creeps since March-2007 We have recorded a few songs in the studio, and recorded a few live shows which can be heard on our site ( www. TheCavityCreeps. com ). We’re looking for 2 guitarists….someone to play lead and another to play rhythm. Here are a few things we are looking for in this individual… - Able to practice once a week (either Tuesday or Thursday) which is in Warren, MI - Able to play out 2 times a month in the Detroit Metro area, sometimes we play out of state and other parts of MI. But those will be agreed upon with all members - Have your own reliable transportation - Have all of your own equipment (i.e. – guitar, amp, cords, etc. ) - You are over the age of 21 yrs old - Understand the style of music we are, we don’t want you to join in because you’re just looking to jam with someone. - This NOT be a side project for you, we need everyone focused on making this work If you’re interested you can co
