I'm a bit of a radio nut. I love to explore the dial. There's at least one radio in every room, including the garage, at this house. Sometimes when I'm feeling a creative drag I'll randomly turn the radio dial, (that's why a ROUND dial is best over digital), to enjoy the kooky Dadaist kind of broken sentences & cryptic phrases that occur -- some are quite funny! I'm lucky, or he is, that my husband shares my love of sound & supports me in donating to local radio stations in Ohio such as WMKV 89.3 FM, where I find Theater of the Mind & other fav shows from the past. The guys at Media Heritage, Inc. bring the great old radio shows to me & I love them dearly for it! I'm also often up all night to listen to Coast to Coast AM with George Noory.Art Bell is akin to family by now, I've known of him for so many years. (psst, I saw it TOO Art!) Echoes, new-age & ambient music program, has my ears most week-nights before the witching hour. And World Cafe brings me fresh, new music.

A concept is like the seed of a plant that blooms. It already is what it shall be, inside, but must remain hidden in the earth until roots have grown to become a part of the whole. Then, once it has a firm grasp, it can grow foliage. The foliage gains nourishment from exposure to the outward environment and will eventually flower. Child like faith will allow you to see the flower with wonder! The whole process can be quite frustrating, though, from the perspective of the seed -- knowing the upper world exists and longing for the light ... waiting for roots to grow. (looped yet?
