Led by ex-REGIMENT Guitarist CD, PAINTREND (Pain Trend) is a journey that blurs the line between Dark and Insane.
Including Keith on vocals, Jeremy on guitars, and Chuck Norris on drums (he occasionally acts as our stunt double too). Led by CD's Heavy guitar riffs and ear splitting Harmonics, PAINTREND is, and ALWAYS will be a "GUITAR band" - and will ALWAYS have DIMEBAG in our Hearts.
The 1st release, "Dog Tags and Body Bags" is an Instrumental opera of sorts, starting with the 1st track "Every Day's Sorrow" and finishing on track 14 "Casket Of Blood".
A 6 month U.S. Tour brought much attention to PAINTREND, garnering reviews in local print and radio as well as other music projects including MMA Fighter intros.
Since the start of 2007, an underground following has built momentum, with fan clubs popping up in Ireland, Germany, the U.K. and France.
A much anticipated 2nd release "Gift Of Hate" is scheduled for 2008,
with a 3rd release later in 2008.
