| About PA Jazz Alliance |
Created in 1997. The PA Jazz Alliance has dedicated itself to the development of a rich culturally diverse audience and student base. Numerous seasonal, educational workshops and master classes have inspired many promising young area musicians to achieve greater heights.
The PAJA has also offered the local community the chance to witness artists they would not have the opportunity to see otherwise. Some of the artists presented over the past several years include:
Clark Terry, Phil Woods, Randy Brecker, Mike Stern, Will Lee, Dave Liebman, John Swanna, Bob Dorough, George Young, Tierney Sutton, Mark Soskin, Steve Slagle, Vic Juris, Mike Davis, JD walter, Steve Rudolph, Paul Langosh, Vital Information, Active Ingredients, The Yellowjackets, Spyro Gyra, Ilona Knopfler, The Dave Stahl Big Band and The Electric City Big Band.
