    I'm quite old to be starting out on most of my life's enthusiasms, but there you go. In the near future, I shall be doing architecture, creative fiction and composing music properly. I have, of course, been doing all three to a certain extent for about twenty years so far... I love travel. I can't decide if the disasterous holidays make for better memories than the good ones. I'm particularly nostalgic about waking up in the Grand Hotel Pupp (five star, Karlsbad) with a bleeding head...

About me:

I believe that if one explores one's mind, one gets to see the rest of the world through a richer array of perceptual channels. Sometimes I think the world is meaningless and absurd and that makes me want to laugh and have fun with it. I'm lazy. My ambitions far outstrip my desire to work. I seek salvation in beauty. Girls are most beautiful of all, but there's also beauty in the discovery of beauty in unexpected places: even scary, tentacled things seen in delirious nightmares hold a certain power of fascination. To me, companionship is conversations. Even with dead people. One can listen to Domenico Scarlatti's harpsichord sonatas and know exactly what was going on with this guy's moods c. 300 years ago.
