Roxy	Aug 3 2007 2:02 AM I like it, I like it. I think we may have some trouble convincing Lou Diamond Philips to do Swabbie, though. After his stellar performance as the lead man in the made-for-tv classic Red Water (opposite lead villian Coolio), he may think he deserves to be Hunter. We may need to tee up Swabbie as a highly complex character (perhaps having a tortured shark/zombie past) for which we will need to rely on LDP's cinematic prowess. I envision John Cougar Mellencamp playing a role similar to that of Pony in Suburbia. I say we work in the scene with the Coreys and SJP. They will be groupies of JCM's band, Chum, which will be playing at Jones Beach on Long Island. They sneak off to spark a j on the beach during the show and...well...We then kill JCM after the show in his limo with disposable hot chick #2, played by Jonathan Taylor Thomas. This scenario does leave an opening to have JCM/Chum on the soundtrack, as Joel suggests. I am open to the idea. I have also started working on recruiting an audience for the film. So far, I have two people committed to seeing this film. And that is 40% of the people I had lunch with today. Like I said, this movie has an audience. It will be magic!
@	Aug 2 2007 7:05 PM Is it too obvious to recommend John "Cougar" Mellencamp for the sndtrk? Perhaps he could collaborate with John "Cougar" Williams? (Don't mean to intrude here).
