Trailer 1-Pilot Episode

Set in a seaside bedroom community, “Palmetto” is a dramatic series about the lives of five teens and their friends. They are on the cusp of adulthood, but spreading your wings in a community where everyone knows your business is not easy.

Garrett is new kid in town, and through his eyes, the viewer is able to see the residents of Palmetto for what they are. Garrett’s trying his best to fit in and he is brought some serious emotional baggage with him. However living in Palmetto he is in good company—his new friends have plenty of troubles of their own.

There is Mallory, whose parents first split up and then just split long ago, leaving her grandmother to raise this spirited teen and her sister. There is the ever popular Hunter, whose party-ready, arrogant personality shields his softer side.

Tyler is a young man with an intense personality and is a great guy. Although being raised in an abusive household which has created within him a violent and explosive temper.

Together, these teens struggle to get out from underneath their own pasts in an attempt to spread their wings and fly, which is not easy in a town where everyone knows your business—a town like Palmetto.

“Palmetto” is a series about today’s teenage problems, angst and young romance told in a way that is most atypical. These teens are coming from a variety of backgrounds, with different family dynamics, each with unique talents and troubles.
