..Pamela Notown was discovered singing one steamy summer's night in a Soho club in 80's London. Although being a singer/songwriter in her own right, she agreed to collaborate with Adam Regan, Steve Gibbs and Dave Kirkby - who were interested in writing/producing songs which were less facile and more thought-provoking than the usual cliche-ridden nonsense on offer. -
