HI! Yeah it's been a while since I've written "about me"... Maybe I was trying to figure out how to explain me!? Well, to start I'm a full-time personal trainer and I LOVE my job! I love the rewards of helping someone change their life for the better! ( I love each and every one of my clients and I truly want all of them to be their best!) I write monthly, educational, and (hopefully) inspriational, articles for a magazine , "Great Lakes Fitness Extreme". You can find me on www.musclemilita.net (supporting local bodybuilers), on www.leanladies.com, www.femgear.net (I made top 12!), on www.mikedaviesfitness.com (I wouldn't be to the level I'm at without Mike and JUlie!!!). I also did a radio interview for an A.M. radio station in Flordia..."THe Body Perfection Radio Show"w/ Juanito(he compared me to Monica Brant, what a HUGE compliment!!!)Along with his website...www.bodybuildingfitnessfigure.com.
I am a National Level Figure competitor for the NPC. I take competing EXTREMELY seriously, I feel that it to, is my second job, it's my SPORT and I try to represent it in that sense. I just got into modeling a little and I LOVE that too. I'm working on my website, (just trying to find time to put it all together), my good friend Andrea is designing it for me (she's awesome). I have met, and continue to meet so many awesome people through the sport of bodybuilding/figure/fitness. Thank you to all my super supportive friends and family...and Thank you to my biggest fan, Matt, he's here through thick and thin and he's making this journey through life a much brighter place for me!
I hope in my near future to do more fitness modeling, traveling, and competing. I would LOVE to be a spokesmodel for a company and get to represent the Sport of figure while educating others on the benefits of taking care of your body!
