wow, there is a story to tell about this band, its crazy, but as of now the penguins have gone in different directions as far as creative reasons, like punk rock, techno, country, and death as in some one really died. but anyways, so many songs are about feelings, love, heart break and all those same kind of things. erin came up with these songs in his head in class, in the kitchen, and at work while other people were talking way too loud at him.
its been about 2 years since any material has been released under the name of pancakes for penguin, alot of folks just about gave up since the release erin's solo project the missing teeth came out just months after cornelius' death... but with a little help from some great friends, pancakes for penguin has completed the 2nd album titled coconut oil... as promised more animal songs... yes, more animal songs.
