"We got married in Hawaii and we decided to have a reception in Fresno for our family and friends who couldn't make it. It was a month left before our reception and we could not find a D.J who would compromise with the type of music, cost and availablity. Panda DJs was at our rescue in no time. We met up with Russ a couple of times and he was great.
He agreed he would be our M.C for the evening, play two culturally different music formats (Amercian and Indian).
We also decided to commission PandaCam Productions to create our video montage. It was Perfect! We were glad how everything turned out that evening. Russ got there early for the set up, and he was very professional the whole night.

I've known Russ Parsley, Owner of Panda DJs, since our days together in the California Air National Guard in Fresno, CA. Back then he was always heard on one radio station or another as a DJ. As a fellow service member, he was highly skilled and reliable. It had been nearly two or three years since I'd seen Russ when out of the blue, I spotted this marroon van with a panda face on it and as I read the lettering, "Russ Parsley Presents . . . Panda DJs", I quickly realized who was behind the wheel. It was Russ. So I called the phone number on the van, 559.297.PANDA (7263) and what do you know, Russ answered the phone ... in his Panda Van.
Well, I told him I was getting married in April of 2004 and was wondering if he was available to be my DJ. He said "yes" without even consulting his calendar or his office manager.
