Hellen Keller- Sometimes I get rather depressed about my blindness, especially because I can't drive. But when I get to this point, I think of Hellen Keller. She was blind AND deaf, and she accomplished so much! She is an incredibly prfound woman. Only a person who has to take a step back and really survey their lot in life could say something so poinent as: "When one door of happiness closes, another opens; but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one which has opened for us."

Hey, happy birthday! Thanks for the invite but I won't be able to make it tonight. My friend Kevin is down for the weekend and we made the plans like over a month ago. As usual, nothing happens for weeks at a time and then everything happens on the same day. I hope you have a wonderful day.

She texted me to tell me that she was reading Breaking Dawn the other day and had finished the other three! I wouldn't be surprised if she has finished it by now... and NO I didn't hear about the controversy... I think I'm going to have to do a little investigation right NOW! Haha Thanks for the tip!

Hey Khoodja, I'm excited to meet Mr. Paolini. I'm disappointed because I invited people to go to a show with me tonight but they couldn't go.
    • Aug 19 2008 3:13 AM

Well I guess you're just way more rockin' than I am!! I'm not very far into it... about 200 pages.
I'm loving it, though! I'm finding this to be very hard to find time to read! But I'll get it done!
    • Aug 16 2008 1:43 AM

I saw that this afternoon. I suspect production may not be moving as quickly as expected. I mean look how long it took to put out a trailer.

I actually like the movies quite a bit, particularly 3, 4, and 5. This new one looks amazing too.
    • Aug 14 2008 2:46 AM

I found that video a few weeks ago and I love it! "You've got a nice rack. I like that." HAHAHAHA! They did a really great job actually. I think you'll like this too.
