  • Heroes

    Hellen Keller- Sometimes I get rather depressed about my blindness, especially because I can't drive. But when I get to this point, I think of Hellen Keller. She was blind AND deaf, and she accomplished so much! She is an incredibly prfound woman. Only a person who has to take a step back and really survey their lot in life could say something so poinent as: "When one door of happiness closes, another opens; but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one which has opened for us."

      Hi Anamda. Merry late Christmas. I know how much writing us blind people do but I knew you'ld like the pen anyway. I just stumbled accross it while I was shopping for Harry Potter books 6-7 for one of my nieces. I didn't expect you to get me anything in return but thats cool! Let me know what carrier to expect so I know if I need to be home for it or not. Thanks.

      She texted me to tell me that she was reading Breaking Dawn the other day and had finished the other three! I wouldn't be surprised if she has finished it by now... and NO I didn't hear about the controversy... I think I'm going to have to do a little investigation right NOW! Haha Thanks for the tip!

      I saw that this afternoon. I suspect production may not be moving as quickly as expected. I mean look how long it took to put out a trailer.
