You may like to check out my recently released book - 100 Great Albums. It's a 220 page review of the best music recorded during the period 1965-08 featuring the Beatles,Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd, Sex Pistols, Joy Division, U2, Nirvana, Radiohead, the Strokes and many more! Also, 500 vital album tracks are spotlighted (split between five categories... pre-1970, the 70's, 80's, 90's and 2000-08).
My aim is to prolong the existence of something close to my heart, something currently under severe threat from the download generation - The Album! With the modern world increasingly more interested in cherry-picking individual tracks, it seems to me a great shame that the sacred long-player is losing its importance. I'm on a mission to save the album before it's too late. All musicians, whether new or old to the scene, can appreciate the importance of that.
If you click on the button below you can access further details about the book (including an option to preview some of the content) before deciding whether you want to buy. All the best Andy.
Hey guys we've got two tracks from our upcomming album on our page.
need at ask a favoure. Do you know any drummers? Mike was just a session drummer and we dont have a drummer and we cannot find one to save our lives. We've almost been looking for a full year and theres just no hope and its horrible.
If you know anybody please try n send them this way.

Hello and thanks for being friends with The BritBus!
I hope you take a moment to check out our page – we have some exciting international tours for unsigned bands in 2009. You can apply directly from our MySpace page...
We also have a Facebook page and would love to see you there too - feel free to post a link to your MySpace page and tell us where you would like to tour!
Waaaa. Why are we the only real metal bands in St.Helens? two of us have started St.helens college and theres truly no reeally metal bands left. Like we dont have a drummer anymore, and we cant find anybody (if you can help give us a shout). Keep playing real metal please before we give up hope and move out of this lovely local place! hahahaha.
We are short of a drummer actually and we have been offered to play Zavi with HOD and for the SSS album release gig possibly like early October, but if theres no drummer, theres no gig. yet we got the vocalist of The Ocean to drum on our album. We aint going down without a fight, need to keep real metal in St.Helens.
Featuring: The incredible Kevin Eardley, a Vocalist comparable with Dio & the like, with great range & tone quality that weave’s through the music. Keith Barnes on Drum’s, Collossal Kick Ass Rock Drummer & a man of great talent & considerable experience with London Band’s. Les Clayden The Metalist! on Lead Guitar, a Great Speed Lead player with vast experience & a well known character on the London Rock & Metal scene & a contributor to London’s Rock Matrix on many level’s. Adam Evans, Bass Thunder! a very slick pro. Bassist, great power rhythm & timing. Roy Stone, Lead Guitar Ace! the Dude with the Bitches! Probably The Fastest Lead Guitar In The World!
Hey guys hope all is well. We are gonna play Fluid on the 5th of July i think. Get on that date n all so theres 2 mechul bands on, from St. Helens which makes it much better!
Umm there are places like the Zanzibar and stuff, they're always packed of a Saturday day - not very big though, but its a good place to get the word out! As I said last night, there have been two good bands who played there in the past year, the rest are crap! You'd certainly be welcome!
