So is Art your major or are you just taking it so you stay sharp?
I really miss home. I miss all of the mean people, the massive homeless population and all of my friends *wink. Still, i will never miss the sweltering heat hahaha.

To be completely honest with you, Ms. Rux......college blows for these reasons:
1. The people here all dress and act the same. they have lame senses of humor and all are totally unoriginal.
2. Most of the percussion studio here is terrible. Some people have shitty work ethic and refuse to put any time into the music.
However, I do enjoy the new environment. The campus is beautiful beyond compare and the town is a little smaller which is nice.
Down here I am a big fish in a small pond in the music world. People respect me because of my background and my professional achievements. The recognition is pretty nifty.
But enough of me. How are you liking UNLV?

my classes are generally good. that ethics class is my favorite though. i have fallen asleep for every "musical perspectives of world cultures" class, that's the worst. my professor's voice is just too much like a lullaby in there and he lowers the lights, it's impossible to stay awake!
i've found a group of people i like, which is good, we call ourselves the goonies. it's pretty awesome. :P
i have played quidditch and remembered how i have no athletic skill at all. i suck at it so bad! it's awful. but maybe i'll wake up and just have dead on hand eye coordination one of these days? that's what i'm hoping for.
that is crazy! is that girl nice? you should ask her if she likes kingdom hearts ;)

And no, I'm not in the HFA.
I'm in the CBC building A, watching movies in my class.
It's awesome, and fun to watch movies for a grade. lol.
I've seen Evan, Aiyana and them, but not you.
