THE MOVING CLAVE
El negro is my inspiration for this kind of playing + Antonio Sanchez. I tried to do a something like those great drummers , but with my thing on top , so idecided to move the clave from the left to the right foot , during the solo.If you notice the clave is played on the left foot at the beginning and then it is played with the heel of the right foot, while the left foot plays eighth notes on the hihat plus a quorter note with the heel( I turn my left foot on every quortet note) on the cowbel

Who I'd like to meet: This is one pattern where I am using 6 simultaneous voicings , by using a swivel technique , with both feet. The pattern begins with a 2 against 3 foot ostinato , only this time both feet swivel , every other note to produce 2 additional voices.
The left foot toe plays the hi hat plus the cowbell pedal with the heel ,(on every other note )
The right foot toe plays the bass drum plus the heel the jam block pedal,(on every other note )
The left hand plays a 5 note grouping , by accenting the 1st and 3d note of the group of 5
The right hand plays a 7 note grouping by accenting the 1st ,3d and 5th note of the group of 7.
