INTRODUCTION

Pantheon is a heavy metal band from York with many years live experience. Starting off as a five piece in early ‘06 and after a difficult start with some lineup changes, we fought our way onto the local music scene with some good success and since then have been moving from strength to strength with our live performance and our music, building a following as we go. The band has it’s strongest lineup yet and we are more than ready to take Pantheon to new levels. We are a hard working energetic band with a professional attitude on and off stage and a drive to ever improve our show and our music.

Although we dont limit ourselves too much to a specific sound, our influences range from older more mature metal such as Iron Maiden, to newer and heavier sounds such as Death, Symphony X and Megadeth. We feel we have a lot to offer with our approach to metal, which seems to go down well with most fans of the genre.

Our experience includes appearances with Evile, Diamond Head and a more recent slot with Kamelot. We regularly perform around the country as far away as London and have visited venues such as Leeds Rios and Manchester Academy 3.

With the new release now available and looking forward, we hope to continue this year playing more, suitable shows at new venues to continue building our fanbase and interest taking, the band to new levels.

29th Oct @ Halloween Special, The Library - Leeds

We are deliberately taking some time out of giging to focus on a project, new material and on taking the band forward!

We all feel it is the right time for us to take a step back and move the band forward. We are currently focusing a lot of time on our sound and professional image as a band.
