J.band is actually not a band but a single individual: me, i.e. Paolo L. J. Gatti, a
bilingual (Italian/English) physicist-songwriter living in Italy.
In the latest 20 years I have collaborated with a number of professionals - both in Italy and abroad - writing lyrics, music or both.
I generally do not sing my own songs because my focus is to write for singers and performers who do not write their own material or - if they do - who also accept material from other songwriters. This is one of the reasons why I'm on Myspace.
The genre is pop-rock and here you will be able to hear some so-far-unpublished sample songs ('Forse Domani' is just a guitar-voice demo, sorry for that) where I wrote both lyrics and music.
